Journey Update

It has been a journey indeed, though I can not and will not stop here, neither did I stop there. I have been feeling the ups and downs but the downs have helped me to think about how far I've come.

I have decided to keep faith and pray on what I am feeling no matter what it is. It has helped me to feel motivated that my journey is coming along and I will reach each milestone with greatness.

As well I took time meditate on what has come up on my journey. It was totally amazing. Oh and I got me some Yogi tea, since I've become addicted to tea. I am sharing with you a small token of love.

I've had the opportunity to eat one of these bars a couple time and I absolutely love them!!! Thank you KIND bars for these great all natural bars. We needed this yummy treat in our lives.

I'm on my road to organic living!! Definitely need more of these bars, I've got to be KIND to my body. :-)

First Time Love!!

Today was a good day! Met up with another creative at Connecticut Muffin today. We spoke about loads of things, it was so awesome; from natural hair to traveling and society on a whole (that's a whole other topic).

The best thing of all, it was my first time actually buying anything in Connecticut Muffin and I opted for a Vanilla Chai Latte. and that was the BEST CHOICE EVER!!!

I think I fell in love. I'm through with Hot Cocoa...the latte hit the ultimate spot, perfect just in time for the holidays. It was like a perfect mix of vanilla and nutmeg; giving me that eggnog taste and feel. I love it! So I will definitely be getting in touch with the folks over at Connecticut Muffin a lot more.

So I recently received this product and when I tell you....I fell in love!!

OMG!

The past summer, I was in search of a fairly priced candle that smelled good so I bought some cheap, sort of generic brands. They were not terrible but they just cannot compare. This blew me out of this world. Another thing that was surprising about this candle was that it was pumpkin; I have never been one of those people that liked pumpkin flavored or scented things. 

I decided, I wouldn't judge a candle by its scent(LOL), so I lit this up and when I tell you I just couldn't get enough. Sitting here typing I am thinking about how GREAT it smells.

I will definitely be purchasing a candle from Bath and Body Works in the future. As well it will be on my Thanksgiving/Christmas/New Year/Valentine's Day/Birthday/Just because list. HAH

If you have not tried out one of these glasses of sweet goodness I advise you to go out and get yourself one, two, three, or even ten. Oh, and don't forget to put it on your holiday lists.

Have you reset your life?

I recently spoke about joining KimberlyLuxe and friends on a 3 month journey to self. It came at no better time, as I was dealing with a whole bunch of crap and was just in need of a reset. I am not going to lie I procrastinated for a while about actually starting, then my inner self spoke up. I think it was meant for me to do it. Along the months the journey for me has been a great one. I have been able to dig deeper into me and it feels good. Along with my meditation and improving my being I feel almost invincible. Why? Because I have been learning about myself on a deeper aspect and I am loving every moment of it and myself.

It is real!!!

I'm convinced love is really out there. Though, I wish to find love, I will let it find me. When God is ready for me to receive the blessing of this kind of love I will receive it. I'm on my journey...

Watching these videos did it for me; OMG! After watching them I was truly convinced that love is real and it is out there. These two videos stood out to me because 1) my dream wedding is a destination wedding, I love my trini's dem and 2) the natural hair all in the video, plus it made me teary eyed. Veggie Strides!!

So I've been telling myself for quite some time now that I need to eat better and possibly stop eating meat(pork, beef, chicken; some people consider fish meat). It's been 3 days since I've eaten meat and I have been doing really good. I can't wait to become a full fledge Pescatarian. It hasn't been so bad for the three days I've been going, but I totally need more alternatives.

A fellow tweeter recommended I try Morningstar products. I did a bit of research and the products look good already. Vegetarian ribs here I come!!! I'll be sure to share the rest of my experiences on my journey to Pescetarianism. Maybe you can join me too.
